What Can Alternative Medicines Do?

There’s a pretty hot debate going on in the medical world about what should be done about the increasing popularity of homoepathic medicines like Echinecia and Calm PRT. More and more patients are embracing these products as alternatives to traditional prescriptions medicines, but doctors have some real doubts about them.

Part of the problem that doctors have with natural medicines is that many of them haven’t been tested as thoroughly as the traditional medical establishment would like to see. That doesn’t mean that a product like Bone Up hasn’t been properly tested and evaluated, it has.

But just because a product hasn’t been tested up to the standards of certain elements of the medical establishment does not mean that they haven’t been properly vetted. (One could also ask plenty of questions about how compromised the mainstream testing system is in the first place, but that’s another story.)

The fact is that companies like Brainchild nutritionals have a vested interest in providing their customers with as much testing and information as possible. But one thing you won’t see on a bottle of homepathic medicine is the type of complicated side effects you’d get with prescription drugs. It just doesn’t work that way.
